Draft — not legal advice

This terms page is a first draft written to be clear and honest, not written or reviewed by a lawyer or a CA. It needs that review before it's treated as final. Don't rely on it as legal advice.

These terms cover dynamosthetic.com and the training programs sold on it, run by Dynamo trading as Dynamosthetic [LEGAL / BUSINESS NAME — pending, see below]. By buying a program or using this site, you're agreeing to them.

What you're buying

Each program is a digital file (a PDF, sometimes with linked video demos) delivered to the email address you paid with. Buying a program gives you a personal licence to use it yourself — it doesn't transfer ownership of the content, and it doesn't give you the right to share, resell, redistribute, or publish it, in whole or in part, in any form.

If you want to share a program with someone else, the honest way to do that is to point them at the site so they can buy their own copy.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is processed by PhonePe — we never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. PhonePe's own terms apply to the payment itself.

Refunds

Because the program is a digital file delivered instantly, all sales are final. See the full refund policy for the one exception (a delivery mistake on our end).

Changes to programs and prices

Prices and program contents can change at any time for future buyers. If you've already bought a program, the version you were sent is yours to keep — a later change to the program doesn't affect what you already have.

No guarantee of results

These are training programs, not promises. Results depend on things outside our control — consistency, nutrition, sleep, genetics, starting point. See the medical disclaimer before starting any program.

Limitation of liability

The site and the programs are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Dynamosthetic isn't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or a program. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law
