This refund policy is a first draft written to be clear and honest, not written or reviewed by a lawyer or a CA. It needs that review before it's treated as final. Don't rely on it as legal advice.
Because the program is a digital file delivered instantly, all sales are final. Once your download link has been sent, we don't offer refunds for a change of mind.
The one exception
If something went wrong on our end — the wrong file was sent, the file is corrupted, or your download link never arrived and support couldn't fix it — email us and we'll make it right, either by re-sending the correct file or refunding you. That's a mistake on our side, not a change of mind on yours, and we'll treat it that way.
